SeQual Names Ron Richard as New CEO

SeQual Technologies has appointed Ron Richard to CEO. Richard, who most recently served as the company's senior vice president of sales and marketing, took on his new role July 1. He replaces Jim Bixby, who will continue as a member of the Board of Directors.

For his part, Richard is excited about the future of oxygen therapy and SeQual's position in the marketplace. "SeQual Technologies is focused on producing the highest quality portable oxygen-generating systems that can be utilized by the patient that wants to live an active and normal life," Richard says. "Our ongoing R&D efforts will bring a new series of products to the market, raising the bar for LTOT. With major growth expected in this area over the upcoming years, we are excited about the present and future opportunities in this sector of the market."

Bixby said that Richard's industry experience and leadership will be invaluable to the company as it continues to expand in oxygen therapy. "On behalf of our entire board, we look forward to working with Ron," he says. "We are excited to welcome him to his new role and look forward to his leadership in accelerating the further expansion of the company."
